Artistic Director, Caroline England  
Caroline has a BA in Drama, Community Theatre and Media from Winchester University, and is also studying for an MA in Inclusivity in the Arts. Caroline has been director at HIT since January 2009.
Caroline is a freelance drama facilitator and currently works for Hertsmere, Watford and St Albans Borough Councils, Link Up, Watford New Hope Trust and Actability Theatre Company. Caroline was previously Administrator for London Bubble Theatre Company, Education Coordinator for Trestle Theatre Company and Srishti Dance Company and has worked for Harrow Arts Centre and The Theatre Royal. Caroline has experience of running drama workshops for Naomi House Children’s Hospice and at Hope Lodge, Osborne and Shaftesbury Schools, all of which are specialist. Caroline is a volunteer for Shape Arts.

Producer, Emma Harrington 
Emma has volunteered for HIT since 2005 taking up the role of Assistant Director in 2008. Emma is a qualified reflexologist, and complimentary therapist. Previously Emma had a ten year background working in corporate event management. Emma has a three year old son, who is seen regularly watching our performances!!

Chairman, Pat Moloney  
Pat has been with HIT since 2001. Pat volunteers at most sessions, and is our technical advisor for performances.

Secretary, Sarah Hay 
Sarah joined the board in 2010. Sarah has previously been a West End performer and Head of Drama at Queen’s School. Sarah is now a freelance singer and singing teacher.

Treasurer, Eugene Billeter 
Eugene’s son is currently a member of HIT. Eugene has been treasurer since 2009.

Member, Poppy MacMichael
Poppy has volunteered with HIT since 2009. Joining the board in 2010. Poppy works for a primary school in St Albans.

Member, Cllr Sandra Parnell
Sandra is Hertsmere Borough Councils representative on the board.
